Our conference facilities can accommodate up to 200 persons and are made especially for management and board meetings, seminars and major national and international events.

Meetings

We have 6 auditoriums and 20 well-equipped seminar rooms in three separate conference centres. Most of our meeting rooms have plenty of natural light and offer views over the fjord. We can provide separate dining rooms and parlours for meals in addition to our restaurant.

We want to help you create a good meeting experience. We pay close attention to our guests and can tailor a programme that suits your needs.

Overnight conference guests

Our meeting package rates vary by the season and include the following:

  • Three-course menu of the day. For more information about the menu, take a look at our menu two weeks before your arrival.
  • Accommodation
  • Breakfast buffet
  • Good conference facilities
  • A projector in the auditorium at your disposal
  • Two coffee breaks per day (coffee/tea and ice water). Any pastries or fruit served come at an additional cost.
  • Free internet access throughout the hotel
  • Free access to the wellness area
  • Free parking
