Pools & Saunas

Opening hous 07.00-22.00.

The pools and saunas are for overnight guests and guests who have booked spa treatment. The pools and saunas are not open for other guests.

Overnight staying children (0-15 years) are welcome at the pools and saunas together with an adult. On Fridays and Saturdays between 18.00 and 22.00 the pools and saunas are reserved for guests aged 18 years and above.

At Solstrand we swim in the sea year-round. You can stroll from the pools and saunas indoors right to the fjord. A staircase elegantly leads you out – or you can wade along the pebble beach.

Feel the warmth embrace your body and find peace in the view of the fjord landscape. You can choose between a Finnish sauna, steam room and sanarium – ideally after a dip in the cold plunge pool.

Yes, all of our guests staying with us have free access to the pools and saunas…

No, the pools and saunas are only for guests of the hotel. But if you have booked a spa treatment, a trip to the pools and saunas is also included in the package.

The pools and saunas are open every day from 07:00-22:00.

Yes, you can borrow a bathrobe from us. If you need additional bathrobes, you can rent them at Reception. It costs 60 kroner per bathrobe.
