The new E39 between Os and Bergen is open. Driving time is now less than 25 minutes from the airport and the city center.

Take the bus from platform 4 at Stavanger bus station, exit the bus at Halhjem ferry quay. The journey takes 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Take bus nr 600 from Halhjem ferry quay to Os. Travel time 12 minutes.

From Haugesund by bus: Total travel time approximately 3 hours.
Take the bus from platform 1 at Haugesund bus station, exit the bus at Halhjem ferry quay. The journey takes 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Take bus nr 600 from Halhjem ferry quay to Os. Travel time 12 minutes.
