Group Activities

We have developed our own cleansing and relaxing bathing ritual that relaxes body and soul. The bathing ritual is lead by a spa therapist that provides a step-by-step recommendation for using the different pools and saunas together with Kerstin Florian spa products. This ritual for groups is available Monday–Friday and is suitable for groups of 4–8 people. The bathing ritual includes instructor, product kit, 1 gl. prosecco or apple must, calm mind ritual and eucaluptus foot bath.

This type of yoga unites breath and movement and reinforces concentration. Through relaxation and movement positions we stretch tense muscles and open up the energy paths in the body. The session is accompanied by calm, pleasant music.

In collaboration with Aktiv AS in Bergen we give the group an introductory course and guided tour of the Bjørnefjord basin. Aktiv AS provides kayaks and equipment. We also have one double and two single Insukshuk sea kayaks for rental.
