Since 1952 the Administrative Research Institute (AFF) at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) have arranged their leadership development program at Solstrand. We facilitate demanding management processes over longer periods. The collaboration with NHH inspires us to be at the forefront of leadership development in Norwegian business and the public sector.
